What is included in the latest 2026 Hangcha 2.5-ton and 3-ton forklift rental quotation?
A single quotation request covering both options helps a business see differences caused by capacity, battery or mast. Ask ACE C&T to list the 2.5-ton model and the 3-ton model separately, together with lift height, operating hours and delivery location. When these inputs differ, the monthly rate alone cannot determine which option costs less.

Choose 2.5 tonnes or 3 tonnes according to the load and storage position
Include the pallet and attachment weights
Provide the total package weight including the pallet, package dimensions and fork-entry direction. A long load or offset load centre can change the permitted lifting capacity. Clamps and other attachments also affect residual capacity; check the load chart for the exact truck configuration.
Check lifting capacity at the highest rack level
Do not choose a 2.5-ton forklift merely because the load weighs less than 2.5 tonnes. The technical team must check residual capacity at the actual working height. Likewise, moving up to 3 tonnes does not automatically solve narrow aisles, low doors or an unsuitable warehouse floor.
Compare both options in one budget table
Place the two quotations side by side with rows for monthly rent, term, included operating hours, overtime rate, battery and charger, two-way transport, maintenance and VAT. If one quotation omits collection charges, request that they be added before approval.
Base rent for the full term equals the monthly rate multiplied by the number of trucks and the number of months. Add electricity or diesel and labour only according to the factory's actual consumption norms. Do not assume a fixed saving percentage without operating data.

The monthly rate is used to budget for contracts of at least 12 months. Compare quotations only after the configuration, operating hours and service scope have been aligned.
