Describe the task before choosing an attachment name

Record whether the load is palletized or requires direct clamping, whether rotation is permitted, and how much force the packaging can withstand. Photos, weight, dimensions and the requirement not to damage the product matter more than the accessory name. Loads with the same shape but different materials or packaging may require different assessments.

Do not select a paper-roll clamp merely because a load is round, or a bucket for every loose material. State the load characteristics and the process permitted by the site; the technical team must match the correct equipment. If unsure, request advice in the forklift configuration form.

Use this checklist to prepare information and compare proposals. Operating specifications must be confirmed for the exact model and configuration against the manufacturer's instructions.

Residual capacity must apply to the exact combination

An attachment adds weight and may move the load farther forward. Permitted capacity must be confirmed for the exact forklift, mast, attachment and height. Do not subtract the attachment weight from the forklift's nominal capacity to calculate an operating limit yourself.

Request the documentation or load chart for the delivered configuration and the applicable identification on the forklift. If a quotation only states “3-ton forklift with clamp”, ask for the capacity in the actual task before approval instead of treating 3 tons as the final answer.

Check the hydraulic supply and control operation

Attachments have their own supply and control-function requirements. The technical person must compare the forklift and accessory documentation for compatibility; do not conclude that installation is possible merely because the mechanical dimensions fit. Connections, adjustments and changes require approval.

Confirm operating instructions, warnings, protective measures and the permitted operating scope. Operators need instruction for the actual configuration. Do not test-clamp a load or adjust pressure by feel before the documentation and solution are approved.

Approve load samples together with quality criteria

The acceptance record should state the representative sample, the most demanding load within scope, the operating point and the required result. For clamping equipment, the criteria must cover both retaining the load and avoiding product damage as required by the party responsible for the goods.

Agree how results will be recorded, who confirms them and the scope limits. If roll diameter, carton type or packaging changes, reassess rather than reuse the old sample result. One successful trial does not prove safety for every type of load.

Separate configuration, maintenance and cost in the quotation

Require the quotation to state the attachment model, included configuration, maintenance responsibility, wear parts and equipment-change conditions. The starting price is not the price for every combination. Adding an attachment after delivery also requires confirmation of compatibility, cost and schedule.

Discuss with ACE C&T through the forklift rental service, including photos and load data. Do not add an attachment or change a rental forklift's configuration without agreement from the lessor and the technical person responsible.

Rental terms and configuration-based quotations

ACE C&T rents out 100% new Hangcha forklifts with a minimum contract term of 12 months. Prices from VND 7,500,000 per truck per month apply to standard configurations, as confirmed on 07/10/2026; the model, operating hours, VAT, round-trip transport and maintenance scope are confirmed separately in the quotation. Do not treat the starting price as the rate for every configuration.

Submit a request to confirm the configuration and cost scope before approving the proposal.

Frequently asked questions

Does a forklift with a clamp retain the capacity shown in the model name?

Do not assume so. The capacity must be confirmed for the exact forklift, attachment, load center and working height combination.

Can residual capacity be calculated simply by subtracting the attachment weight?

No. Simple subtraction ignores the center-of-gravity position and other configuration factors; use confirmed capacity documentation.

Does selecting an attachment in the form mean ACE has it immediately available?

No. The form records the requirement; availability, model, schedule and price are confirmed separately in the quotation.
